These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoreAPI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CoreAPI is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that routes your requests to AI models operated by third-party providers, using prepaid credits.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- generate, store or distribute illegal content, or use the Service for illegal purposes;
- abuse, overload, probe or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service;
- resell or redistribute access in violation of upstream providers' terms;
- violate the usage policies of the model providers whose models you use.
We may suspend requests or accounts that violate these rules.
4. Credits and pricing
The Service is pay-as-you-go: you purchase prepaid credits, and usage is deducted according to the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of the request. Prices may change; changes apply to usage after they are published. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Upstream providers may change or discontinue models. No service level agreement applies unless agreed in a separate written contract.
6. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in your inputs and, to the extent permitted by upstream providers' terms, the outputs. We retain all rights in the Service, software and brand.
7. Disclaimers
The Service and model outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating them before use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update is published means you accept the updated Terms.
