1. Unused credits
Unused prepaid credits can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. The refund amount is the unused portion of that purchase, minus any non-refundable fees charged by the payment processor.
2. Non-refundable items
- Credits that have already been consumed by API usage.
- Promotional, bonus or gifted credits, and credits from redemption codes.
- Purchases older than 7 days.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@example.com from your account email and include your order ID, the purchase date and the reason for the request.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or processor may take additional time.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback; most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
